it ignored some good advice:

-Don't blog about your dog;

-Don't put in too many links;

and

DO NOT use the word "I".

After that post and

-yes-

a few keywords and thousands of readers later -

the blog is holding its own.

So thanks for stopping by-

and stop back every now and then.

For a laugh.

To leave a comment or two.

Give some advice,

Or be shamelessly shilled.

But please-

Keep coming back.

Because Real Estate ain't any less crazy than it was a year ago-

and I am looking for a few more rules to break.
